What to Expect
Youth are provided with day-to-day supports and services in a community-based group care environment. The program supports youth while promoting stability, physical and emotional health and wellbeing, as well as with academic or employment ventures. Youth that reside at the Inn Between may have needs along the continuum from basic to complex.
The Inn Between program provides a safe environment for youth that require out-of-home placement. It is focused on the individual needs of each youth.

How to Access
the Program
Referrals are accepted from the South Region Children’s Services Regional Placement Coordinator/Committee. McMan works closely with the youth, their multidisciplinary team, their family (when applicable), and the South Region Placement Committee to determine the best course of action following the Inn Between program.
McMan's core values of commitment, trust, respect, empathy, and genuineness are ingrained in each portion of service delivery.
