McMan South - What to Expect

What to Expect

The goal of Family and Natural Support is to break the cycle of homelessness. It’s done through focused and client-driven intervention that provides support for young people experiencing (or at risk of experiencing) homelessness. In many cases, youth homelessness is preventable if interventions happen early and families are given proper support.

The Family and Natural Support program intends to strengthen relationships between vulnerable young people and their families. We help mediate conflicts, strengthen relationships, and nurture natural supports. Our goal is to help young people move forward with their lives, whether that involves staying in school or accessing training and employment.

Breaking cycles that leave youth vulnerable to homelessness.
